A very special 6th birthday present for Charlotte, was a Pony Ride at an equestrian centre near Leek.
The kids got to meet their ponies, and give them a quick groom, and Charlotte saddled up for a few laps of the campsite on 14 year old Bessie.
She didn’t spend all her time looking down at Bessie’s mane!!
Oscar was not happy about being out in the wind! So he didn’t have a ride on his pony, Caspar, but he’s said he will have a go when we go pony riding again.
