{"id":655,"date":"2010-06-07T14:18:04","date_gmt":"2010-06-07T13:18:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.richandvon.com\/?p=655"},"modified":"2010-06-07T14:18:04","modified_gmt":"2010-06-07T13:18:04","slug":"just-for-charidee-mate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/richandvon.com\/?p=655","title":{"rendered":"Just for &#8220;Charidee mate&#8230;&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I volunteered recently to go on a charity bike ride, to raise money for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unicef.org.uk\/\">UNICEF UK<\/a>, as part of the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dhlmarketing.co.uk\/lifecycle\/whyarewedoingthis.htm\"> DHL Lifecycle 2010 Coast to Coast challenge.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The route was from my DHL depot in Stoke, to Barton-under-Needwood, where there are Pirelli and Argos depots run by DHL &#8211; just over 35miles in total.<\/p>\n<p>We were lucky to have a really sunny day, and about 15 people completed the ride.
