Charlotte is really enjoying the sun, she loves playing in the garden. She has just had a water and sand playtable which she loves; she mixes the water with the sand and then eats the slushy mess!!!
We have just returned from a weekend in sunny Basingstoke where Charlotte got to play with Granny and Uncle Simon.
We also visited Finkley Down Farm Park to introduce Lottie to some of the animals that she sees in her story books. The Park was pretty impressive, the animals all looked like they were being cared for properly. The amount of different animals at the Park was surprising as well, it looks quite small when you first arrive – but it’s quite deceptive.
She was very excited to see that the farm had lots of play things and was more interested with these than going to look for animals!
We finally persuaded her to leave the swings behind and experience the sight and sounds of live farm animals; she was very impressed.
She even got to hold a little chick! Thanks Granny for a great day out!
