A few images from Oscars 1st Birthday party in July – seems like ages ago already. Von chose a Pirates and Princess’ theme for the party, and all the kids (and some of the grown ups) got into the spirit of things.
Oscar decided to start the weekend with a bang, a really hard one!! He fell over and hit his forehead on the corner of a wall the day before his birthday – perhaps he thought he would make a more realistic Pirate with a proper scar!!
This injury didn’t seem to stop him enjoying the weekend at all though. He had a small party at nursery on Friday afternoon, followed by a big party in our back garden on the saturday.
Oscar also had a fantastic pirate cake, had made by a very talented pâtissier.
Thanks to everyone who helped make it a special day for Ozzie.
